环境与生态毒理研究组

环境毒理研究组针对环境污染物的生态毒理和健康效应,主要从事暴露评价、毒性效应和机制研究。近5年承担多项国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目、科技支撑计划项目。发表SCI收录论文40余篇。

主要研究方向:(1) 典型环境污染物的毒性效应及分子机制;(2) 新兴污染物的生物标记物筛选及环境健康风险评估;(3) 动物实验体外替代方法原理及应用。

Scientific interests of the laboratory refer to the ecotoxicological and health effects of environmental pollutants, specializing in exposure assessment, toxic responsed and molecular toxicological mechanisms. In the last five years, the laboratory carried out 8 national projects and published over 40 SCI-indexed papers in peer-reviewed journals. Current Research Fields:

(1) Toxicological response and mechanisms of typical environmental pollutants; (2) Screening of biomarker for emerging contaminants; (3) Principles and application of alternative in vitro  methods.

代表性成果

——基于人骨髓干细胞体外模型的污染物毒性预测和分子毒理学机制 

全氟辛烷磺酸 (PFOS) 在人体暴露相关浓度下,抑制人骨髓干细胞 (hBMSCs) 成骨分化的表型特征和分子标志物的 基因表达。相反,PFOS暴露诱导 hBMSCs 成脂分化,脂肪滴形成水平升高,且成脂关键调控因子和成脂标志物 mRNA 表 达水平升高。该发现与人群流行病学结果中 PFOS 导致骨密度降低的结果一致,可以很好地解释 PFOS 暴露导致人体骨骼稳态失衡的机理。PFOS的替代物F-53B和PFHxS,以及 PFOA 诱导 hBMSCs 产生的基因表达谱变化显著相关,成骨分化生物学过程受到显著影响,钙信号通路是这类污染物的重要靶点。
